Priory Brewing taproom is situated within the brewery, blending industrial charm with a select speciality environment. It is the equivalent of the chef’s table within a fine-dining restaurant. Located behind the stainless steel brewing equipment with its own serving bar, you are provided with a direct view of the brewing process, allowing appreciation of the craftsmanship behind each pour.

The beers on offer feature our flagship brews, seasonal specialities, and experimental small-batch releases – everything from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts, crisp lagers, and creative sours, all served at their freshest. Visitors will be guided through tasting flights and offered insights into flavour profiles, ingredients, and brewing techniques by one of our brewing staff.
