So let’s get technical: A tank bar is a sustainable and best way for a brewery to serve beer. The beer is poured directly from specialised conditioning tanks straight into your glass. Tank beer focuses on freshness and integrity. The tanks are directly connected to the brewery with the serving taps coming straight off the tanks. The tanks are double-walled and glycol temperature-controlled. The entire process is more ecological and sustainable with obviously no washing and transporting of kegs.
