Park 27 is specialising in honest and authentic Asian inspired street food, whether it be a healthy, charred chicken on a coconut noodle broth or a dish like Khao soi because it’s a dish that a vegan can relate to as much as a meat lover. Warren is a Tallaght local who has worked as a chef in many fine-dining restaurants around the world and now wants to share his passion for those ingredients and scents back on his home turf.
